Our file writer Pullin’ Power is not the same as everyone else – They take pride in their work! As there is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to your vehicle’s brain, it is important to choose the right product for your vehicle. McKenzie Repairs use an extensive step-by-step process to ensure your vehicle is carefully tuned to fit your requirements.

The first step to any vehicle remap is to know the vehicle we are working with. This means finding and solving any issues with the vehicle before we begin.
This will ensure the battery has a consistent voltage flowing through, minimising the risk of ECU file corruption during your remap.
This is where we access all the information in your vehicle’s ECU and save a copy – This means if any issues arise, we can simply put your vehicle’s brain back to normal and restart the process!
Here, we send your file to the File Supplier (Pullin’ Power) who will customise the file, and pop it back to us with your requested alterations.
We will now give your vehicle its ‘brain upgrade!’ We put all the upgraded information back into the ECU.
We will now test the vehicle – Take it for a spin and let us know what you think! We will also re-run a diagnostics check just to make sure the ECU is happy with its new brain!
Please Note:

Any pre-existing mechanical issues with your vehicle will not be overlooked, as they can cause file corruption and ECU damage. An ECU remap *will not* fix any issues with your vehicle. If your vehicle has a mileage blocker or CAN bus filter fitted, please make us aware upon booking a remap.
